I just read a women in CA sued cereal manufactor “captin crunch” crunchberry, because she found out the crunchberry were not real fruit, but instead a chemical dye, she said she has been eating this cereal for 4 years thinking she was getting real fruit, the judge tossed out the lawsuite,  I agree with the judge, but think captin crunch cereal is a bad company and you should not support quaker oats company, what do you think?
